| HMG Helping Humanity |
“I don't know what your destiny will be, but one thing I do know: the only ones among
you who will be really
happy are those who have sought and
found how to serve.” ALBERT SCHWEITZER

HMG Strategy believes in this philosophy. In fact, it is our goal as a company that believes in servant leadership
to frequently partner with and donate to programs and charities that benefit humanity, the environment and

We are pleased to announce our partnership with CIOsWithoutBorders, an international
nonprofit organization dedicated to educate and use technology to alleviate shortages in
medicine and medical knowledge around the world. Knowledge changes behavior. CIOsWithoutBorders works to reduce the incidence of preventable disease by sharing medical
knowledge with technologically disenfranchised communities around the world. Many of us
routinely use publicly available knowledge–from the internet or elsewhere--to inform our medical decisions. Our
actions are often influenced by what we know is harmful to our health (contact with toxicmaterials, drinking
contaminated water or lifting heavy weights while pregnant). CIOsWithout Borders’mission is to use technology
to make medical knowledge available to communities in which people routinely suffer from preventable (or
easily curable) diseases.

Dignity, acceptance, and a chance to reach one’s potential – these are human rights worth promoting
for everyone. Since 1968, Special Olympics has been bringing one message to the world:
people with intellectual disabilities can and will succeed if given the opportunity. Through year round
sports training and competition, Special Olympics empowers individuals with intellectual
disabilities inmore than 180 countries. Special Olympics often is the only place where they have
an opportunity to participate in their communities and develop belief in themselves. Many live lives of neglect
and isolation, hidden away or socially excluded from full participation in schools or society. Transforming the
athlete, Special Olympics sports are a gateway to empowerment, competence, acceptance and joy.
