About The CIO Summit of America

Financial Crisis Update - The Critical Next Steps:
Preparing Business and IT for the New Economy Ahead

Introduction to the Event -

Conference Attendees The CIO Summit of America will attract over 150 CIOs/IT leaders and C-level executives from the greater New York City area.  In this business climate there are huge challenges.  Drastically cutting back on your business expenses may cut muscle that will be critical to driving your competitiveness as the economy improves. How do you balance these two competing forces? The CIO can be a key player. The CIO is no longer the technology person.  CEOs want them to be business people first and foremost.  For these reasons, we have designed the program to prepare business and IT for the new economy ahead.

The Summit will start at 7:30 am with registration and close at 6:30 pm following a cocktail reception.  The event will utilize a combination of keynote sessions and two breakout tracks.  Ample time will be allowed for networking.

Bring your CIO/IT Leader colleagues to the Summit so together you can attend all of the breakout sessions and share the notes!

Prior Feedback -

“Great combination of practical, real world experiences and thought leadership!” Fran Daly, Vice President of IT, Revlon

“This event was excellent.  The content was very practical and clearly communicated.  The format led to an open, intimate dialogue of the real challenges and solutions we're dealing with as a group.
