Joseph Calla Joe Calla is an Assistant Vice President and IT Business Specialist in Corporate IT of the Chubb Group of Insurance Companies. Joe provides business analysis support to a variety of key IT business clients including the senior executives of Chubb. Joe has been an IT professional for over thirty years and at Chubb for the past 16 years. At Chubb, Joe has held management positions in several departments including Personal Lines IT, Field Technology Services, and Corporate IT. Joe received a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics with a minor in Computer Science from the College of New Jersey. He is a 2007 graduate of the Society of Information Management's (SIM) Regional Leadership Forum (RLF).
Robert Henches Bob is an Assistant Vice President and Manager of International IT Systems for the Chubb Group of Insurance Companies. He is currently responsible for managing a diverse set of application development and maintenance teams supporting Chubb’s business operations outside of the U.S. He joined Chubb in the Warren, New Jersey
world headquarters in 1995. Bob received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Lynn University. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and a 2006 graduate of the Society for Information Management's (SIM) Regional Leadership Forum (RLF).
E. Jeffrey Hutchinson Jeff Hutchinson is the North American Chief Information Officer for Groupe Danone, and a member of The Dannon Company’s executive committee. In addition, Jeff leads Dannon’s Strategic Programs Office, a recently created crossfunctional team of senior program and project managers. Mr. Hutchinson has over 25 years of diversified and unique experience in business, IS/IT and consulting roles. He has a proven track record of leveraging and driving innovation, process improvements and organizational enhancements to obtain strategic business value (especially in SAP enabled environments), both in his current role at Groupe Danone and while working with North America and European clients during his prior consulting career as a Partner with Accenture.
James Knight

James P. Knight is currently the Global Chief Information Officer for Chubb & Son. Mr. Knight provides technology vision and leadership for developing and implementing information technology initiatives for Chubb worldwide. He has more than 28 years of experience in the delivery and management of information technology mostly in the property and casualty insurance industry. Mr. Knight is a Project Management Professional and is an executive vice president for the board of the New Jersey Chapter of the Society of Information Management. He has a B.A. degree in computer
science from Utica College and a Masters of Management Information Systems from Kennedy-Western University.

Ed Pospesil

Ed Pospesil  is founder and Chairman of the Technology Executives Networking Group, LLC, a national, professional community of 5,100 selected Chief Information Officers, Chief Technology Officers, Vice Presidents, Directors of Technology, Product Development executives and entrepreneurial CEOs with organizations in all industries ranging from startups to the global Fortune 100, as well as non-profits and government agencies.  He launched TENG in late 2001 as a virtual online community that allows members to exchange leads for senior executive IT leadership positions.  It has since grown into a national forum where TENG members provide each other with a wide range of benefits, including unbiased vendor references, introductions to key contacts in target organizations, insights into business and technology strategies, access to new career opportunities, and a wealth of shared experiences, advice, and support.  All members are screened and nominated for membership. 

Ed has spent the past 33 years in IT executive search and recruiting.  Last year, he broadened his retained search practice to include executive mentoring, coaching and resume redevelopment.  He is a member of the board of directors of Fairfield/Westchester SIM.  His degrees are from Trinity College, Hartford and the University of Arkansas.  He is presently pursuing a second Masters Degree in Adult Education and Training from the University of Phoenix. 

 

John Repko

John Repko is Corporate SVP & CIO for Covance, Inc., and has overall responsibility for evolving the global IT organization to drive IT innovation and deliver world-class service excellence. He serves as a member of the Global Leadership Council, the Executive IT Steering Committee, and leads the Global IT Leadership Team. He reports to the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer.

Repko joined Covance in March 2003 as Vice President, Global Applications. In that role, he organized and led the centralization and globalization of Application Development, Application Support, and Quality Control across Covance. He was promoted to Senior Vice President and CIO in January 2006.

Prior to joining Covance, Repko served as Senior Vice President & Chief Information Officer at GE American Communications - A Division of GE Capital.

Repko received a Master’s degree in Business Administration and Information Technology from Drexel University, and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Villanova University. He is a Certified GE Six Sigma Master Black Belt.

Jeffrey Skulsky Mr. Skulsky is an accomplished Senior IT Executive with over 20 years of combined success in management consulting and industry with large and mid-sized, global organizations. The majority of his experience spans the life sciences (pharmaceutical, biotech and medical device), Consumer Electronics/Package Goods and Apparel
industries. He specializes in IT organization optimization, systems strategy and delivering business solutions that enable growth while optimizing costs and comply with both FDA and Sarbanes-Oxley requirements. Mr. Skulsky is currently Vice President, Information Systems and Technologies for a rapidly growing Biotech research and development organization.
Jeffrey Vanderoef Jeff Vanderoef is an Assistant Vice President and Senior Business Unit Relationship Manager in the IT Infrastructure Governance organization of the Chubb Group of Insurance Companies. In conjunction with Chubb's outsourcing partner, Jeff provides infrastructure support to three key IT business clients. Jeff has been with Chubb for 18
years and worked in several departments prior to IT including Operations, Premium Accounting, and Field Technology Services. Jeff received a Bachelor of Science degree with a minor in Marketing from Montclair State University. He is a 2007 graduate of the Society of Information Management's (SIM) Regional Leadership Forum (RLF).
Sharra Woodward Sharra Woodward is an Assistant Vice President and a Manager for Infrastructure Governance in IT for the Chubb Group of Insurance Companies. She joined Chubb in the Warren, New Jersey world headquarters in 2004. She is currently responsible for managing the relationship between three of Chubb’s business units, and a third-party
infrastructure consultant. Prior to coming to Chubb, Sharra was a Director with AXA Financial responsible for AXA’s Annuity systems and a consultant with American Management Systems, Inc. Sharra received a B.S. in political science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). She is a 2006 graduate of the Society of
Information Management's (SIM) Regional Leadership Forum (RLF), a Project Management Professional (PMP) and is IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) certified.
