Hunter Muller, President and CEO

Hunter Muller Hunter has more than 20 years of experience in business strategy consulting focusing on IT organization development, strategy, and business alignment. Hunter is a respected global expert on IT business strategy, leadership, and organization development. His concepts and programs have been used successfully by many corporations worldwide to improve executive performance, enhance collaboration, elevate the role of IT, and align strategy across the CXX/LOB (Line of Business) suite. Hunter's previous clients include IBM, Gartner, Ernst & Young, Meta Group, and Applera.

Ken Saloway, Executive Vice President

Ken Saloway As Executive Vice President, Ken is responsible for all of HMG’s corporate operations and marketing. In addition to his work at HMG, Ken is an adjunct professor in the Masters of Science in Information Systems program at Stevens Institute of Technology in Hoboken, NJ. Ken’s career spans more than 30 years in information systems management of which he was a Chief Information Officer for over 20 years. His practitioner career includes leading multimillion dollar domestic and international strategic system and deployment efforts in enterprise resource planning (ERP), product R&D, order management, financials, knowledge management, content management and digital asset management. Ken has worked for global and domestic companies where he has engineered organizational and information systems transformations, worked diligently to align business and IS, and reengineered corporate business processes for marked improvements in customer satisfaction, productivity, reduced cycle times and significantly reduced operating costs. During his career, he has lived and worked in Europe, Central America and Asia providing businesses with his insights and leadership. Ken serves on the board of several organizations.

Melissa Marr, Vice President Communications and Event Support

Melissa Marr As VP Executive Communications, Melissa is responsible for HMG’s corporate and business communications in the support of the CIO leadership events. She is also the chapter membership administrator for the Fairfield/Westchester Chapter of the Society for Information Management, a non-profit group of CIOs and senior IT leaders. Melissa began her career as one of the first 50 employees of the Gartner Group, the world’s leading information technology research and advisory company, where she spent more than 15 years in corporate, product and event marketing. She was a key contributor in the development of the events business, including initial creation of the renowned Symposium event. She then spent more than 10 years managing corporate communications and marketing at two start-up companies, first at Merlot Communications – manufacturer of HSIA products for the hospitality industry, and then at NetFabric Corp. – manufacturer of a VoIP product.
